Finance minister: Russia not mulling nationalization of Baltika

MOSCOW, Dec 18 (PRIME) -- Nationalization of beer brewery Baltika is not being considered, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on December 17.

"It is not in the plans at the moment, as we’ve said earlier. Baltika is under temporary management analogous to the decisions made by the unfriendly countries (concerning foreign assets of Russian companies), that's it. No nationalization is being considered now," Siluanov said.

At the beginning of December, Baltika President Taimuraz Bolloyev asked head of the Federal State Property Management Agency Vadim Yakovenko to nationalize the company.
